PAULS recently sold approximately 1.93 Million Square Feet of Class-A logistics properties, located in the Denver market. The portfolio’s assets were positioned in infill locations and featured an impressive rent roll of noteworthy tenants. The building sizes and composition within the portfolio were well positioned to compete head-on with the competitive set within the Airport submarket. Additionally, the portfolio was positioned to be a direct beneficiary of rapidly increasing population growth and corresponding supply chain needs throughout the greater Denver Metro area.
The sale marked the largest industrial investment deal ever in the Denver market.
